Meet Dana
FOUNDER & ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTANT
Who am I and what am I about?
As a social introvert, I have always been someone who likes to make a deep connection with people on an individual level. I am also a recovering perfectionist who loves to plan and problem solve and to help others create order from chaos.
These characteristics led me to pursue a career as an educator and psychologist and I’ve spent the past 18+ years working with children and families to assess their needs and address their challenges. I have created organizational systems and specialized programming in public, charter, and private schools and manage a team of over 40 staff members who oversee the growth and development of hundreds of children.
Why home editing and organization?
For me, it was a logical next step into this side pursuit. The connection and impact I feel in my work in schools has been incredibly fulfilling. And when I think about what brings me joy, it really is making spaces beautiful and functional while connecting with people and helping them make their lives easier, happier, and more efficient.
How can I help you?
I use my experience as a therapist and educator to help you get to the root of your habits and to shift your mindset to one that is positive, productive, and growth oriented. I help you address that oh so familiar “decision paralysis” through a process of winnowing that feels respectful and also transformative. And I leave you with a sense of joy and accomplishment that fosters pride in yourself and room for new growth in the future.
MY MANTRA
“Stick to the schedule and go with the flow.” Always helpful when things get messy or hectic but you gotta keep it moving.

"Reducing clutter minimizes distractions, allowing your brain to concentrate on more important tasks at hand. The act of organizing your space can also provide a sense of control and order, which can alleviate feelings of stress and promote a sense of well-being."
